DKT is servicing professional broadband operators across the Nordic
region. The DKT integrated e-shop is optimized for few accounts
with heavy order flow. The solution was part of an overall lean
project and was dedicated to automate order processing and improve
customer satisfaction. Now customers perform "self service" and
they are able to check their own orders - real-time - any time they
choose. Cutting down on administration the new integrated e-shop
solution has proved to deliver enhanced customer service, better
general view on performance and improved overall efficiency. The
time saved on administration is now spent on individual customer
care.
